• Free Shipping: Orders over USD $65

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

• Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@coddleheaven.shop within 30 days of the shipping confirmation. We will work with the carrier to investigate and provide a resolution (e.g., refund or replacement, subject to availability).
• Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund, subject to availability.
