- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-7 business days from the date of purchase.
- Delivery Confirmation: Once your order is packed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details and estimated delivery information.
- Pre-Order Items: If your order includes pre-order items, the entire order will be held until all items are in stock. Once the pre-order items arrive, we will ship your complete order (including in-stock items) together.
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Coddle Heaven is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Shipping Delays: While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., customs delays, weather, or carrier issues) may cause delays. We appreciate your patience.

- Delivery Time: 1-2 business days (via SF Express)

Macau / Taiwan
- Shipping Fee: HKD $30
- Free Shipping: Orders over HKD $500
- Delivery Time: 7-14 business days
- Carrier: Spaceship Shipping / SF Express
International
- Shipping Fee: USD $6.50
- Free Shipping: Orders over USD $65
- Delivery Times:

4. International Tracking
International shipments typically include the following tracking events:

- Handed over to the carrier / Left for destination.
- Arrival at overseas mail processing center.
- Delivered.
Tracking information is available through the carrier’s website. Once your order arrives in your country, please contact your local post office or courier for updates if needed. Coddle Heaven is not responsible for missing deliveries after the package has reached the destination country.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@coddleheaven.shop within 30 days of the shipping confirmation. We will work with the carrier to investigate and provide a resolution (e.g., refund or replacement, subject to availability).
- Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund, subject to availability.
